04 — How it's built

Stage 01
Material
Every programme begins at the yarn. We source technical microfibres, merino blends and recovery elastanes, then test each roll for weight, hand-feel and colourfastness before it enters the cutting room.
12 fabric families • 40+ colourways
Stage 02
Construction
Flatlock seams, bonded hems and bar-tacked stress points. Our machinists work to a 12-stitch-per-inch standard — the same construction tolerance we've held since 1987.
12 SPI standard • 61 machining stages
Stage 03
Performance
Patterns are validated on athletes, not mannequins. Sprint mechanics, reach zones and thermal load decide every panel, gusset and vent before a size set is approved.
Tested across 11 movement disciplines
Stage 04
Testing
50 wash cycles, 30,000 abrasion rubs, colour-fastness chambers and a final hand inspection. Nothing leaves the floor until it survives all four.
100% inspected • 0 tolerance on faults
